Muíños opens the public exhibition period for the access road project to the Porta

The Muíños City Council is submitting for public information the technical project for the adaptation of the access route to the Porta de Muíños, an action budgeted at 185,193.88 euros. The Local Government Board approved the project by agreement on October 1, 2026, and the announcement was published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ourense on October 5, 2026, in section IV, Local Entities. Interested parties have 15 days to submit any allegations they deem appropriate.

Approval and budget

The approved project is titled “Technical project for the adaptation of the access route to the Porta de Muíños in the Municipality of Muíños (Ourense)”. Its execution is valued at 185,193.88 euros, according to the agreement of the Local Government Board of October 1, 2026.

The technical authorship belongs to Daniel de la Torre Rivero, a registered technical forestry engineer number 511 by the COETFG and forestry engineer. The document was signed by the mayor, Plácido Álvarez Dobaño, on the date of the electronic signature.

Public information and allegations

The public exhibition procedure is carried out in accordance with article 83 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the common administrative procedure of public administrations. The period is 15 days counted from the day following the publication of the announcement in the provincial gazette.

During this period, any interested party may examine the file at the municipal offices and present the allegations they consider appropriate. The resolution also opens the electronic consultation of the project through the city council’s electronic headquarters.

Consultation of the file

Access to the project can be carried out through two channels:

• In person, at the municipal offices of the Muíños City Council.
• Electronically, at the municipal electronic headquarters, at http://concellomuinos.sedelectronica.gal.

The announcement is published under official reference R. 2.349 and is part of the acts of the local entities of the province collected in the edition of October 5, 2026.

The processing of this file opens the way for neighbors, groups, and other interested parties to comment on a work that directly affects the accessibility of the surroundings of the Porta de Muíños. The final approval of the project will depend on the result of the allegations period, therefore the citizens now have the opportunity to review the technical document and its cost before the action is executed.
