Moraleja convenes the tribunal and admits two candidates for Local Police

The Moraleja City Council has declared two applicants definitively admitted and has appointed the members of the qualifying tribunal for the selective tests convened to permanently fill one Local Police Officer position through the mobility system. The resolution of the Mayor’s Office-Presidency, signed on September 18, 2026, by the mayor-president Julio César Herrero Campo, is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Cáceres number 0181, corresponding to Tuesday, September 22, 2026, in Section I - Local Administration, with the official reference BOP-2026-4391.

The call is governed by the regulatory bases approved for the permanent filling of one LOCAL POLICE OFFICER position vacant in the civil service staff of the Moraleja City Council. The announcement occupies pages 21716 to 21718 of the provincial gazette and details that it was not necessary to correct deficiencies in the applications submitted by the applicants; therefore, the list of admitted and excluded persons acquires a definitive character.

Two admitted and none excluded

The resolution declares the two people participating in the process definitively admitted, ordered by file number:

• File number 2: Jorge Folleco Pérez.
• File number 1: Pedro Javier Pizarro Gutiérrez.

In the section for definitively excluded persons, no one is listed, as the published list expressly records the absence of applicants removed from the process. Since there are no defective applications or exclusions, no period for claims or corrections is opened.

Composition of the qualifying tribunal

The Mayor’s Office-Presidency appoints a selection body with majority representation from the local police force and the participation of officers from another municipality. Its composition is as follows:

• Presidency: Luis Fernando Miguel Piris, officer of the Moraleja Local Police as titular, and Julián Sánchez Íñigo, officer of the Moraleja Local Police, as substitute.
• Members: Francisco Javier del Álamo Haro and Néstor Hernández García, officers of the Moraleja Local Police, as titulars, with Mario Arturo Recio Tovar and Ángel Sánchez Chamorro as substitutes; and Juan Vecino Manibardo, officer of the Coria Local Police, as titular, with Rafael Rodríguez González, also an officer of the Coria Local Police, as substitute.
• Secretariat: Patricia Pérez García, officer of the Moraleja Local Police, as titular, and María Ángeles Bravo Castaño, civil servant of the Moraleja City Council, as substitute.
• Advisory: María Vega Pereira González, general secretary of the Moraleja City Council.

Constitution on September 28

The tribunal is convened for its constitution and for the assessment of the merits alleged and documented in accordance with the scale established in the rules of the call. The session will be held on September 28, 2026, at 9:15 a.m., in the Plenary Hall of the Most Excellent City Council of Moraleja, located at Plaza de España, number 1.

The resolution consists of a first section dedicated to the declaration of admitted and excluded candidates and two sections numbered as third, one for the appointment of the members of the tribunal and another for its convening, without the published text including a second section.

The publication of the final list closes the admission phase and moves the process to the assessment of merits, the only procedure planned as this is a coverage by mobility and not an open call. For the two admitted applicants, the calendar is already fixed in the provincial bulletin, such that any change of dates or composition of the selection body must be communicated through the same official channels. The position will reinforce the staff of the Moraleja Local Police, a service directly linked to security and neighborhood care in the municipality.
