Moradillo de Roa puts the lease of its municipal bar-cafeteria out to tender

The City Council of Moradillo de Roa has opened the bidding process for the lease of a patrimonial asset intended for use as a bar-cafeteria, located in the Main Square of the town in Burgos. The call, approved by Mayoral decree on August 4, 2026, is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Burgos number 156, dated August 19, 2026, with reference BOPBUR-2026-03484.

The competition is processed through an open procedure with several award criteria, and the base bidding fee is set at 100 euros per month plus VAT, an amount that bidders may increase. The contract will have a duration of four years, extendable for one more year up to a maximum of five.

The asset subject to lease is a premises intended for a bar-cafeteria located at Plaza Mayor, number 1 (former schools) of Moradillo de Roa, with cadastral reference 4005308VM3040N0001QY. The property is registered in the municipal assets inventory of the City Council.

The processing of the file corresponds to the municipal Secretariat, and the specifications of particular administrative clauses governing the contracting were approved by Mayoral decree on August 4, 2026.

Guarantees and economic conditions

The announcement details the guarantees required from the participants in the competition:

• Provisional guarantee: not required.
• Definitive guarantee: 5% of the award price, with the possibility of an increase to obtain a higher score.
