The chosen formula implies that any interested hospitality operator may participate in the procedure once the public exhibition phase concludes and the specifications are definitively approved. This is, therefore, an opportunity for the local catering sector, which will be able to operate a municipal-owned premises linked to a public service and located on one of the town’s central streets.

The use of the property is classified as a public service, which conditions the operating terms set out in the specifications and the system of consideration that the successful bidder must satisfy.

Closing

Publication in the provincial bulletin activates the calculation of the deadline and turns the file into a matter open to citizen and business participation. For the residents of Mora, the process will determine who manages a benchmark hospitality facility in the urban center; for potential bidders, it marks the starting point of an operating contract over 828 square meters of municipal public domain.
