Mora de Rubielos increases its real investments by 207,000 euros

The City Council of Mora de Rubielos has definitively approved Budgetary Modification File 3 for the 2026 fiscal year, which increases the real investments chapter of the municipal budget by 207,063.21 euros. The agreement, adopted on August 20, 2026, is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Teruel number 161, dated August 25, 2026, under official reference No. 2026-2499.

The modification is processed under Article 169 of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2004, of March 5, which approves the Revised Text of the Law Regulating Local Treasuries, and Article 20 of Royal Decree 500/1990, of April 20. Following the public exhibition process, the file has been elevated to definitive status and is published as a summary by chapters.

The increase in investments

The council’s expenditure budget is increased entirely in the chapter dedicated to public works and equipment:

• Chapter 6, Real Investments: +207,063.21 euros.
• Total increases: 207,063.21 euros.

Financing of the operation

The increase does not imply further indebtedness, but is instead financed through reductions in other items of the municipal budget itself:

• Chapter 6, Disposal of real investments: 40,745.67 euros.
• Chapter 7, Capital transfers: 103,496.00 euros.
• Chapter 8, Financial assets: 62,821.54 euros.
• Total reductions: 207,063.21 euros.

Legal framework and appeals

The processing complies with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2004 and Royal Decree 500/1990, which regulate the approval and publication of budgetary modifications for local entities. An administrative appeal may be filed against the definitive approval in the form and within the timeframes established by current regulations, in accordance with Articles 171, 177, and 179 of the aforementioned revised text.

The expansion of real investments will allow the Mora de Rubielos council to undertake new public works and equipment actions in the municipality, redirecting resources already planned in the budget toward the investments chapter. The decision, adopted definitively and already published in the official gazette, reinforces the municipal spending capacity in a fiscal year marked by the execution of improvement projects in the Gúdar-Javalambre region.
