Monturque announces €10,000 in grants for its local associations

The City Council of Monturque has opened the call for subsidies to non-profit private associations and entities of the municipality, under the competitive bidding regime, with a budget of 10,000 euros for the year 2026. The announcement, signed by the mayor-president Antonio Castro García, is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Córdoba number 156, of August 13, 2026, with reference BOP-A-2026-2859. The deadline for submitting applications runs from September 1 to 22, both inclusive.

The call is disseminated as an extract, in accordance with articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies Law, and its full text can be consulted in the National Database of Subsidies, where it appears with identifier 924547. It is aimed at private entities and institutions based in Monturque that, according to their bylaws, have a sporting, cultural or recreational nature and that are not proposed with a nominal subsidy in the General Budget of the Local Corporation for the current fiscal year.

The grants must be used for activities promoting culture, sport and the proper use of leisure and free time, for the enhancement and dissemination of local festivals, and for other actions of general interest carried out within the municipal area.

Beneficiaries and requirements

The following may apply for subsidies: natural and legal persons, legally constituted associations, confraternities and any other entities based in Monturque that meet the following conditions:

• Be non-profit and have legal personality.
• Be registered in the Local Register of Associations of the City Council of Monturque.
• Be up to date with obligations to the Social Security and the Public Treasury.
• Not fall under the prohibitions of article 13 of the General Subsidies Law or those of article 6 of the General Ordinance on Subsidies of the City Council of Monturque.

Furthermore, the proposed activity must correspond to the purposes and actions detailed in the bylaws of each association or entity.

Submission of applications and deadline

Applications must be submitted using the standardized form included as Annex I of the call, available at municipal offices and published on the City Council’s website, through the electronic office of www.monturque.es, in the section Electronic Office-Procedures Catalogue-Entry Registry, in accordance with article 14 of Law 39/2015.

• The submission deadline is from September 1 to 22, 2026, both inclusive.
• The application must be signed with the digital signature of the entity or with that of the president or head brother.

Amount and regulatory bases

The call has a total amount of 10,000 euros. The regulatory bases can be consulted on the City Council website (http://www.monturque.es), and the resolution, signed in Monturque on 11 August 2026, is included in the Local Administration section of the provincial bulletin.

The call comes at a key moment for the local programming of the year: it allows sports, cultural and recreational associations in Monturque to secure public support for their activities and local festivals, and strengthens the associative fabric of the municipality. For residents, it guarantees a range of leisure, culture and sport activities supported by the city council during the 2026 fiscal year.
