Por FactBox Admin

The Montilla City Council has approved the provisional list of admitted and excluded candidates to fill a permanent position as Legal Advisor for the Municipal Women’s Information Center, through the selective system of open competition. The resolution, issued by the Mayor’s Office-Presidency on August 20, 2026, is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Córdoba number 169, dated September 1, 2026 (reference BOP-A-2026-2947).
The call for these selective tests was published in the Official State Gazette number 1150, dated June 20, 2026. The position, vacant within the council’s civil service staff, is included in the 2025 Public Employment Offer, and the process is carried out via the open competition system.
Five admitted and one excluded
After the deadline set in the rules for the submission of applications expired, the provisional list includes five admitted candidates and one excluded. The admitted candidates are:
- López Jiménez, María del Rosario
- Muñoz García, Rocío
- Navajas González, María de la Salud
- Rodríguez Ruz, Rosa María
- Sánchez de Puerta García, Carmen
The only excluded candidate is Jurado León, Myrian, for failing to present the required qualification for the position.
Correction period
In accordance with the approved rules, candidates have a period of ten business days, counting from the day following the publication of the resolution in the Official Gazette of the Province of Córdoba, to correct the deficiency or, where applicable, provide the mandatory documents.
For corrections in the case of lack of proof of payment, the transfer of the fee amount must be made to account ES84 0182 5909 1502 0014 0473, indicating the full name, ID (DNI), and the selective process in which they are participating as the concept, as well as submitting the proof of payment through the entry registry.
Those who do not correct the exclusion or claim the omission within this period, justifying their right to be included in the list as admitted, will be definitively excluded from taking the tests.
Publication and dissemination
The resolution is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Córdoba and on the City Council’s electronic headquarters (www.montilla.es), under the Selection Processes section and on the Notice Board, for wider dissemination. The document is signed by the mayor, Rafael Ángel Llamas Salas, dated August 20, 2026.
The permanent filling of this position strengthens the legal service of the Municipal Women’s Information Center, a key resource for the care and counseling of women in the municipality. The final resolution of the list, once the corrections are resolved, will determine who may appear for the competition tests.
