Montilla approves credit supplement with the Municipal Land Heritage

The Montilla City Council has definitively approved a credit supplement in the amount of 27,554.57 euros, financed by the Municipal Land Heritage. The decision, adopted after the public exhibition process without any claims being filed, is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Córdoba number 170, dated September 2, 2026, page 12825, with reference BOP-A-2026-3014.

The agreement was initially approved by the Plenary of the Corporation in a session held on July 29, 2026, within file 36-2026 (GEX 21295/2026). The announcement is signed by the mayor, Rafael Llamas Salas, and the publication bears the delegated signature of the mayoress Lidia María Bujalance Rosales, dated August 28, 2026.

A budgetary movement charged to municipal land

The credit supplement is structured as an increase in expenses in chapter IV of the municipal budget, for a total of 27,554.57 euros, which is fully financed with resources from chapter VI, originating from the Municipal Land Heritage.
