Montederramo increases final grants to 2,000 euros for two associations

The Montederramo City Council has made final the agreement to modify execution base no. 33 of the 2026 budget, which incorporates two nominative grants of 1,000 euros each. The beneficiary entities are the Montederramo Civil Protection Volunteers Group and the Terra de Caldelas Hunters Association. The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ourense on October 13, 2026, in section IV of Local Entities, with reference R. 2.433 and the signature of the mayor, Óscar Diéguez González.

The agreement and its processing

The Plenary of the Montederramo City Council, in the ordinary session of September 14, 2026, initially approved the modification of execution base no. 33 of the 2026 budget. That budget had been approved in the ordinary session of November 28, 2025, and definitively published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ourense no. 4, on January 8, 2026.

On September 16, 2026, the file was submitted for public information in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ourense no. 177, for a period of fifteen business days. No objections were presented, therefore the agreement is made final.

The publication is made in compliance with article 169.1 of Legislative Royal Decree 2/2004, of March 5, which approves the revised text of the Law regulating local finances, and article 20 of Royal Decree 500/1990, of April 20.

The beneficiary entities and the amounts

The modification adds a fourth point to execution base no. 33 detailing the nominative grants for the 2026 financial year:

• Montederramo Civil Protection Volunteers Group (CIF G22440424): 1,000.00 euros.
• Terra de Caldelas Hunters Association (CIF G32281743): 1,000.00 euros.

The total committed amount amounts to 2,000 euros, charged to the 2026 municipal budget.

Extraordinary credit for the hunters association

On the same date, the Official Gazette of the Province of Ourense publishes the final approval of credit modification no. 20/2026 of the current budget, in the form of an extraordinary credit, for the amount of 1,000.00 euros (reference R. 2.432).

That file, initially approved by the Plenary in the session of September 14, 2026, finances the grant to the Terra de Caldelas Hunters Association:

• Expenditure application 172.480: current transfers, grant to the Terra de Caldelas Hunters Association, 1,000.00 euros.
• Income application 870: Treasury surplus, 1,000.00 euros.

Appeals and deadlines

An administrative appeal may be filed against the final agreement of execution base no. 33 within two months from the day following its publication in the bulletin, in accordance with article 171 of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2004.

In the case of credit modification, interested parties may directly file an administrative appeal in the manner and within the timeframes of articles 25 to 42 of Law 29/1998, of July 13, regulating the contentious-administrative jurisdiction. The filing of the appeal does not by itself suspend the effectiveness of the agreement, according to article 113.3 of Law 7/1985.

The two nominative grants guarantee stable financing to two entities that provide direct services in rural areas: the civil protection volunteer service and the hunting collective. For the associative fabric of Montederramo and the region of Caldelas, the final publication closes the route for administrative allegations and opens only the judicial route, so that the entities can now count on the 1,000 euros allocated for this financial year.
