Monte Real tenders four mixed wild boar and deer hunts in Ajamil

The Mancomunidad de Monte Real has put out to tender the hunting rights for four mixed wild boar and deer drives in the Cameros-Demanda Regional Hunting Reserve, in the municipality of Ajamil de Cameros. The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of La Rioja number 180, dated September 18, 2026, with a base price of 3,000 euros per drive, VAT included, and a period of fifteen calendar days to submit bids. The call is listed under the official reference 202609160124518 (V.478).

The file is processed through an open procedure, with the most advantageous economic offer as the sole award criterion, in accordance with the specifications of particular administrative clauses approved by the entity. The specifications are open to the public for fifteen calendar days starting from the day following the insertion of the announcement in the gazette, for the purpose of examination and the submission of claims, and the tender is simultaneously called.

The announcement appears signed in Ajamil de Cameros on September 16, 2026, by the president, Eduardo García Galilea. In the same issue of the gazette, the City Council of Ajamil de Cameros publishes a parallel tender, with reference 202609160124517 (V.477), for two mixed drives in the Dehesa and Matas sectors of the same reserve, also at 3,000 euros per drive.

Four drives distributed across two sectors

The object of the contract is the exploitation of four mixed wild boar-deer drives in the Ajamil Monte Real Regional Reserve, identified as RREG_22, with the following distribution:

• Two drives in the Modorra Sector.
• Two drives in the Urdantes Sector.

The award period is one year.

Base price, guarantees, and award criterion

• Base price: 3,000.00 euros per drive, VAT included, upward bidding.
• Provisional guarantee: waived.
• Definitive guarantee: 5% of the award amount.
• Award criterion: most advantageous economic offer, as the sole criterion.

Deadlines, submission, and opening of bids

Proposals are to be submitted at the secretariat of the City Council of Ajamil de Cameros, during office hours, on Mondays from 16:00 to 19:00 and Wednesdays from 8:00 to 11:00, for fifteen calendar days from the day following the publication of the announcement. The deadline is extended to the first following business day when the last day is a non-working day, and bids may also be submitted through any of the forms provided for in Law 39/2015, of October 1.

The case documentation may be examined at the municipal secretariat, located at Plaza Eusebio Pablo Muela number 1, CP 26133, Ajamil de Cameros, telephone 941464006 and email aytodeajamildecameros@gmail.com. Bidders must submit two sealed envelopes: envelope A, containing the documentation accrediting the personality and characteristics of the contractor, and envelope B, containing the economic proposal. The opening of the proposals will take place in the town hall assembly hall at 3:00 PM on October 5, 2026.

The call for tenders is of interest to companies and hunting societies operating in the fenced areas of the Riojan mountains, as it concentrates six mixed hunts of the Cameros-Demanda Reserve in a single issue of the bulletin and sets an identical economic threshold for all of them. The fifteen-calendar-day deadline leaves little room for preparation, therefore interested societies must gather the personality documentation and the economic offer before October 5.
