Montanuy presents the study to tender the Noales social center

The Montanuy City Council has agreed to submit for public review the feasibility study regarding the concession of the operation service for the “Estudi de Noals” social center, located in the village of Noales (municipality of Montanuy). The decision was adopted by Mayoral Resolution No. 2026-0104, dated September 7, 2026, and is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Huesca number 171, dated September 8, 2026.

The public exhibition will be maintained for one month starting from the day following the publication of the announcement, in accordance with Article 247.3 of Law 9/2017, of November 8, on Public Sector Contracts, which transposes into the Spanish legal system the Directives of the European Parliament and of the Council 2014/23/EU and 2014/24/EU, of February 26, 2014.

A preliminary step to the tender

The feasibility study constitutes the mandatory preliminary step for the future tender of the concession for the operation service of the social center. Its public exhibition allows any interested party to become acquainted with the technical and economic conditions of the project before the procurement procedure is formalized.

During the one-month period, the document may be examined at the municipal offices and will also be available to interested parties on the City Council’s electronic headquarters at the address https://montanuy.sedelectronica.es/transparency/c8059781-fb6e-4881-a547-6d38511497cb/.

How to participate

Any interested person may submit the allegations they deem appropriate during the public information period. The announcement shall also serve as notification to interested parties in the event that personal notification of the hearing process cannot be carried out.
