Molinos de Duero initiates the disaffection of the Telephone House.

The Molinos de Duero Town Council has initiated the file for the removal from the public domain of the building known as the Telephone House, located at 4 Plaza Gorgonio de Miguel, with the aim that the property ceases to be considered public domain. The notice is published in Official Gazette of the Province of Soria number 93, of 12 August 2026, and opens a one-month public information period so that interested parties may submit allegations.

Removal from the public domain is the administrative procedure by which a municipal property ceases to be classified as public domain, and the file has been processed by the competent services of the council.
