Minister Browne orders Seanad bye-election to fill Kyne vacancy

James Browne, Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, has directed that a bye-election be held to fill the vacancy in Seanad Éireann caused by the election to Dáil Éireann of Senator Seán Kyne.
