Por FactBox Admin

The Miguelturra City Council has approved the modification of the job descriptions for four positions within the Street Cleaning service, regarding their functions and valuation factors. The agreement was adopted by the municipal Plenary in an ordinary session held on September 17, 2026, and is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ciudad Real (BOP) number 200, dated October 16, 2026, within the local administration section, under announcement number 3343.
The resolution is part of the review of the council’s Job Classification List (RPT) and directly affects the staff assigned to the Street Cleaning service, both in the definition of tasks and in the weighting of the factors that determine the destination supplement. The agreement was signed by the Mayor-President, Luis Ramón Mohíno López, on September 23, 2026.
Four modified job descriptions in Street Cleaning
The first point of the agreement approves the modification of the descriptions for positions number 45, 48, 148, and 171 of the RPT, corresponding to the Street Cleaning service, in accordance with the files and tables accompanying the record. The affected positions are as follows:
- Position 45: Sweeper Driver-Street Cleaning Operator, with destination supplement 14/16 and group C2/AP.
- Position 48: Street Cleaning Laborer, with destination supplement 13 and group AP.
- Position 148: Weekend Street Cleaning Laborer, with destination supplement 13 and group AP.
- Position 171: Sweeper Driver - Street Cleaning Operator (Weekends and Holidays), with destination supplement 14/16 and group C2/AP.
In all four cases, both the valuation factors and the assigned functions are modified, as stated in the text of the agreement.
Economic effects from January 1, 2026
The third point of the agreement establishes that the economic effects of the modification of positions 45, 48, 148, and 171 shall take effect from January 1, 2026. This retroactivity is in accordance with what was discussed and recorded in the minutes of the General Negotiation Table on July 22, 2026.
The total economic cost corresponding to the 2026 fiscal year amounts to 4,000.00 euros, an amount that is subject to the existence of adequate and sufficient credit and the corresponding fiscal audit.
Change of designation and appeal process
The second point of the agreement also approves the modification of the designation of position number 21 of the RPT, which changes from “Financial Administration and Tax Management Technician” to “Financial Administration Technician”.
The agreement is final and exhausts all administrative remedies. An optional motion for reconsideration may be filed before the same body that issued it within one month, or it may be challenged directly through a contentious-administrative appeal before the Contentious-Administrative Court of Ciudad Real within two months starting from the day following its publication.
The modification of these four job descriptions alters the internal organization of the Street Cleaning service and the valuation of the positions that comprise it, thereby affecting the labor and remuneration conditions of the municipal staff in charge of sweeping and cleaning the streets of Miguelturra. Furthermore, the agreement has retroactive effect from the beginning of the fiscal year, which necessitates the allocation of the corresponding budgetary appropriation.
