Miajadas approves the final list for the social workers' job pool

The City Council of Miajadas (Cáceres) has approved the final list of admitted and excluded applicants for the establishment of the Temporary Labor Hiring Pool for Social Workers, through a competitive examination system. The decision is detailed in Mayoral Resolution No. 1821/2026, dated September 10, published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Cáceres on September 14, 2026, in Section I of Local Administration, with reference CVE: BOP-2026-4274 and file 2103/2026.

The announcement, signed by the mayor-president Antonio Díaz Alías, publicizes the final list and summons the admitted candidates to the selection tests, which will be held on September 21, 2026, at 09:00 hours at the “Antiguo Matadero” Civic Center, located at calle Pilones, 45 in Miajadas.

Correction of errors in the provisional list

The process began with the publication of the provisional list via Mayoral Resolution No. 1620/2026, dated August 8, disseminated in the bulletin on August 12. While preparing that list, an error was detected: the applications of Ms. Esther Gragera Tortonda and Ms. Susana Sanz Gómez were not included among the admitted or the excluded.

Having verified that both meet the requirements set forth in the regulatory bases, the final resolution incorporates them into the selection process. Furthermore, following the conclusion of the period for correcting documentation and submitting appeals, the claims have been resolved and the final list has been approved.

The list of excluded candidates includes 5 applicants, with the following reasons for exclusion:

• Cecilia Alonso García — reasons D and E

The reasons for exclusion provided for in the bases are: A) application submitted after the deadline; B) failure to prove the required qualification; C) failure to present a photocopy of the DNI or an equivalent valid document; D) failure to present the official application form (Annex I); and E) failure to present the responsible declaration of compliance with requirements (Annex II).

Tribunal and conduct of the tests

The resolution designates the selection board, composed of:
