Martín Muñoz de la Dehesa puts two residential plots out to tender

The City Council of Martín Muñoz de la Dehesa has made public the plenary agreement of June 30, 2026, approving the disposal of two urban plots forming part of the Public Land Heritage, together with the Particular Administrative Clauses Specifications, and opens the bidding period for their sale. The call, processed by the municipal Secretariat, is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Segovia number 101, of August 24, 2026, page 12, with official reference RE-13617.

The lands, for residential use with detached buildings, are located in the Dunas de la Vega Urbanization and will be awarded through an open procedure, based on the most economically advantageous offer with several award criteria. The bidding prices may be improved upwards by interested parties.

The plots and their valuation

The two properties, with different surface areas and valuations, are offered for a combined amount of 31,314.09 euros, excluding VAT:

• Plot no. 151: 400.00 m², valuation of €16,184.30.
• Plot no. 162: 400.63 m², valuation of €15,129.79.

The successful bidder must pay the City Council 21% VAT on the price resulting from the final award. A provisional guarantee of 3% of the bidding price for each plot is required.

Deadline and method for submitting offers

Proposals may be submitted at the City Council itself, at Plaza de la Constitución no. 19, 40466 Martín Muñoz de la Dehesa (Segovia), through its electronic office, or at any of the locations provided for in article 38.4 of Law 30/1992, of November 26, within a period of twenty calendar days starting from the day following the publication of the announcement in the provincial gazette.

Offers shall be presented in two sealed envelopes:

• Envelope A: administrative documentation.
• Envelope B: economic offer and commitments.

Both shall bear the legend “Proposal for the disposal of two urban plots located in the Dunas de la Vega Urbanization, forming part of the public land heritage of Martín Muñoz de la Dehesa”.

Opening of offers and award

The Contracting Board will be constituted on the first working Tuesday following the end of the submission period, at 12:00 p.m., to qualify the documentation in envelope “A”, and may grant up to three days to remedy defects. The opening and examination of envelope “B” will take place starting from the second working Tuesday, also at 12:00 p.m., formulating the award proposal to the contracting body. The announcement is signed by the mayor, David Gómez Gómez, on August 18, 2026.

The sale of these plots from the public land heritage offers individuals and developers the opportunity to acquire residential land in the Dunas de la Vega urbanization at competitive bidding prices, through a transparent and open procedure that seeks to maximize the yield of municipal assets for the benefit of the City Council’s coffers.
