Marina Plaza 2000 reduces its capital by 1.39 million and returns contributions

The company Marina Plaza 2000, S.A. will reduce its share capital by 1,388,255.00 euros for the purpose of returning contributions to its shareholders, according to the announcement published in the Official Gazette of the Mercantile Registry (BORME) number 202, dated October 20, 2026, in the Second Section of announcements and legal notices (official reference BORME-C-2026-5532, p. 6864).
