Manquillos wins the tender for the Teleclub and municipal warehouse project for 230,269 euros

The Manquillos City Council has approved the procurement file for the work “Annex Separata Phase 1 Teleclub of the Technical Project ‘Teleclub and Municipal Warehouse’ in Manquillos”, which is being tendered through a simplified open procedure and ordinary processing. The call is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Palencia, number 105, dated September 3, 2026, page 16, and opens a direct opportunity for construction companies in the region.

The agreement was adopted by the Plenary Council in a session on March 5, 2026, which approved both the procurement file and the Administrative Clauses Specifications that shall serve as the basis for the tender. The announcement is signed by the mayor, Raquel Martínez García, dated July 30, 2026.

Municipal Context

The tender is part of the municipality’s equipment plan, which also includes the construction of the municipal warehouse. In the same issue of the bulletin, the Technical Project for work 63/26 OD, titled “Construction of municipal warehouse”, drafted by architect María Álvarez Villalain, is presented to the public with a total budget of 38,189.55 euros, and will remain on display for fifteen days for inquiries and claims.

The selection of the best economic offer as the sole award criterion simplifies the process and encourages the participation of small and medium-sized construction companies from the province, which will be able to compete on equal terms for a contract of more than 230,000 euros.
