Mambrilla de Castrejón plans new municipal offices for €539,559

The Mambrilla de Castrejón City Council has agreed to submit the basic and execution project for the construction of new municipal offices and a warehouse in the Burgos town to public information. The notice, published on Monday 17 August 2026 in the Official Gazette of the Province of Burgos (No. 154, section III. Local Administration), includes the agreement adopted by the Plenary at its session of 4 August 2026.

The project, drafted by architect Santiago López Cormenzana, has a total budget of €539,559.10. The first phase of the complex, called “Warehouse phase 1”, is budgeted at €260,306.72. The notice was signed in Mambrilla de Castrejón on 5 August 2026 by the mayor, Ana Isabel Palomino Esgueva.

Public information period and submissions

The notice establishes a period of twenty working days for public information, counted from the day following publication in the BOP. During that period, any interested party may examine the project at the Secretariat of the Mambrilla de Castrejón City Council and submit any submissions they deem appropriate.

If no submission or claim is made within the twenty-day period, the project shall be deemed definitively approved without the need for a new Plenary agreement.
