Málaga del Fresno reassigns 6,115 euros from paving to waste and roads

The City Council of Málaga del Fresno has definitively approved the credit modification file No. 1/2026, which reallocates EUR 6,115.04 within the municipal budget. The plenary agreement of 29 June 2026, for initial approval, has become final as no objections were submitted during the public exhibition period. The resolution is published in the Official Bulletin of the Province of Guadalajara, No. 153, of 12 August 2026, with reference 2026_2169.

The modification is processed as a credit transfer between budget allocations from different areas of expenditure that do not affect increases or decreases in personnel credits of the current budget. The publication is made in compliance with Articles 169.3, by reference from 179.4, of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2004, of 5 March, approving the Consolidated Text of the Law Regulating Local Finances, as well as Articles 20.3, by reference from 42.1, of Royal Decree 500/1990, of 20 April, on budgetary matters.

The reduction: paving of public roads

The only decrease in the file falls on allocation 1532/60900, paving of public roads, whose credits drop from EUR 62,735.00 to EUR 56,619.96, with a reduction of EUR 6,115.04.

The three destinations of the EUR 6,115

The released credit is incorporated into three expenditure allocations:

• Waste management and maintenance of the clean point (1622/21000): incorporation of EUR 3,000.00, from EUR 7,000.00 to EUR 10,000.00.
• Improvement of rural roads (454/61900): incorporation of EUR 1,615.04, with the budget line going from EUR 0.00 to EUR 1,615.04.
• Studies and technical work carried out by other companies (920/22706): incorporation of EUR 1,500.00, from EUR 2,100.00 to EUR 3,600.00.

Appeals and signature

In accordance with Article 171 of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2004, interested parties may directly file a contentious-administrative appeal in the manner and time limits established in Articles 25 to 42 of Law 29/1998, of 13 July, regulating said jurisdiction. Under Article 113.3 of Law 7/1985, filing the appeal shall not by itself suspend the effectiveness of the agreement. The notice, signed by the mayor, Jaime Sanz Rodríguez, in Málaga del Fresno on 7 August 2026, includes verification code df50caf2a24b221d0dc8b5aff9721d15a3859a95 for checking it on the electronic office of the bulletin.

With this transfer, now final, the municipality strengthens waste management and the clean point, the maintenance of rural roads, and technical studies, services that absorb practically all of the credit reduced from the paving investment. The decision reorders the spending priorities of the year and affects both investments and the basic services provided by the City Council.
