Lourenzá initiates the ex officio deregistration of two people from the municipal register

Por FactBox Admin

The City Council of Lourenzá has initiated the ex officio deregistration procedure from the Municipal Register of Inhabitants for two people due to improper registration, at the request of the homeowners. The notification, signed by Mayor Rocío López García, is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Lugo, number 192, dated August 24, 2026.

The files were initiated on July 14, 2026, following the request for deregistration submitted by the homeowners. As it was not possible to notify the interested parties, the council is resorting to official publication to provide notice of the procedure, in accordance with Article 44 of Law 39/2021, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.

Two people affected

The deregistrations affect two people registered in the municipality:

  • Natalia Samaniego Velasco, with document no. *4803 (reference R. 2260).
  • Gina Patricia Rivera González, with document no. *1707 (reference R. 2261).

Deadline for allegations

The interested parties have a period of fifteen days, starting from the day following the publication of the announcement in the BOE, to present any allegations they deem appropriate regarding their status in the register before the Mayor’s Office.

Procedure and consequences

If no allegations are presented within the indicated period, and once a favorable report has been received from the Registration Council, the council will proceed with the definitive deregistration from the Municipal Register of Inhabitants of Lourenzá.

Ex officio deregistration due to improper registration corrects the data of the register, the administrative record that certifies the residence and domiciliation of the neighbors. Its updating is key for access to municipal services, healthcare, and electoral participation, which is why the regularization affects both the registered persons and the owners requesting the correction.
