Lourenzá approves the fiscal census for the July home aid

The Lourenzá City Council initially approved, by Mayoral Resolution dated August 14, 2026, the tax roll for the Home Help Service corresponding to the month of July 2026, and collectively notifies the users of the settlement of the public price. The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Lugo, number 200, year 2026, with the reference R. 2329.

The collective notification is carried out under article 102.3 of the General Tax Law 58/2003, of December 17, and affects both the beneficiaries of the Dependency Law and those of the Basic Home Help Program. The roll was signed by the mayor, Ms. Rocío López García.

Amount and breakdown of the roll

The tax roll for the month of July 2026 totals 3,407.03 euros, distributed into two accounts:

• 3,232.67 euros corresponding to the service provided through the Dependency Law.
• 174.36 euros corresponding to free competition services.

Deadlines and procedures for users

The file may be consulted by interested parties at the social services offices of the Lourenzá City Council within a period of 15 days starting from the publication of the announcement in the BOP of Lugo.

Against the provisional settlements, an appeal for reversal may be filed before the competent body of the Council within one month, starting from the day following the end of the exhibition period, or any other that is considered appropriate. All this by virtue of article 14.2 of the Recast Text of the Law regulating Local Treasuries.

Collection and form of payment

In accordance with articles 24 and 25 of the General Collection Regulations, approved by Royal Decree 939/2002, of July 29, the deadline, place, and form of payment are communicated:

• The collection period for voluntary payment will be the first fortnight of the following month.
• Taxpayers who have direct debits will have the amounts due charged to the banking entity established by the user for this purpose.
• Debts resulting from the non-payment of the public price will be demanded in accordance with tax legislation through the administrative enforcement procedure.
