Logroño consolidates staff with environmental technician and official blacksmith

The Logroño City Council has made public the appointments of two new career civil servants to its municipal staff, as stated in the Official Gazette of La Rioja number 160, dated August 21, 2026. These are Ana Elguea Arribas, appointed as Environmental Technician, and Alejandro del Campo Bretón, appointed as Blacksmith Official, both by resolution of the Mayor’s Office dated August 17, 2026.
