Lloret opens the concession of a premises in Fenals for the CDIAP

The Lloret de Mar City Council has initiated the procedure for the direct award of the public domain concession for the private use of the premises located on the ground floor of Avinguda de Fenals, number 35-37, to house the Child Development and Early Intervention Center (CDIAP) service and other social facilities. The Local Governing Board agreed to initiate the file in the session of September 18, 2026, and approved, in the same agreement, the specific bases governing the procedure. The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona, number 187, of September 29, 2026, with the official reference BOP-2026_0_187_8283.

The procedure is framed within article 66.1 of Decree 336/1988, of October 17, which approves the Heritage Regulations of Local Entities of Catalonia. The file is subject to public information for a period of 30 days, counted from the day after the last date of publication of the announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona and on the Notice Board of the municipal electronic office.

A property for five social uses

The municipal agreement allocates the ground floor premises to five distinct uses:

• The Child Development and Early Intervention Center (CDIAP) service.
• An occupational therapy center.
• A training room.
• An office for the development of the Caixa Pro Infància program of the La Caixa Foundation.
• A multipurpose room.

The concession is processed through direct award, once the specific bases regulating the procedure have been approved.

Consultation of the file and submission of allegations

During the public information period, the file will remain available to anyone who wishes to consult it:

• Offices of the Legal Services of the Lloret de Mar City Council, at plaça de la Vila, number 1.
• Public service hours: from 10 am to 2 pm.
• The initially approved documentation can also be consulted on the Notice Board of the municipal electronic office, at https://seu.lloret.cat/.

Allegations may be submitted within this same period. The act is a procedural one and, therefore, is not subject to appeal, without prejudice to the submission of allegations, observations, or any other type of writing considered appropriate. The concentration of the CDIAP, occupational therapy, training, and the Caixa Pro Infància program in a single property responds to the support needs of children and families, and opens the door to the involvement of social entities in a municipal facility located on Avinguda de Fenals.
