Lleida approves the renaturalization of school environments in the Princep de Viana neighborhood

The Lleida City Council has declared the final approval of the renaturalization project for school environments in the Princep de Viana neighborhood, with a total budget of €295,980.82 co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund. The decision was adopted by Mayoral Decree on September 16, 2026, and is now published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Lleida no. 189, dated October 5, 2026, with the official reference BOP-2026_0_189_8221.

The project, which corresponds to file OBR_OBE_2026_0020, was signed on June 29, 2026, by the Head of the Public Works and Mobility Service, Sergi Gimeno Aribau. According to the certificate issued by the deputy secretary of the Lleida City Council on September 10, 2026, no objections were recorded nor were any technical reports issued regarding the project during the public exhibition period. The final approval edict is signed by the Mayor of Lleida, Fèlix Larrosa i Piqué.

The action is part of the implementation program of the Local Comprehensive Development Strategy (EDIL) and the municipality’s Integrated Action Plan, and fulfills the renaturalization actions planned in this instrument.
