Llanera announces 50,000 euros in grants for water works

The Llanera City Council has announced grants totaling 50,000 euros to finance improvement and expansion works for interior water supply installations in the council, as well as the renovation of private distribution networks. Object and purpose of the aid
The grants are intended to finance improvement and expansion works for interior water installations, as defined in the Regulations of the Municipal Water Supply and Sanitation Services of the Llanera City Council (BOPA no. 209, of September 9, 2005), as well as the renovation of private distribution networks.
The purpose of these actions is to comply with the sanitary quality criteria for human consumption water, in accordance with Royal Decree 3/2023, of January 10, and with the provisions of R. D. 140/2003, for both private owners and homeowners’ associations.
Beneficiaries and regulatory bases
Homeowners’ associations and individuals whose interior water supply installations or private distribution networks require renovation may apply for this aid, provided they have the capacity to execute the project subject to the grant.
The call is governed by the following bases:
- General Grants Ordinance of the Llanera City Council, approved by Plenary Agreement on March 4, 2010 (BOPA no. 178, of August 2, 2010).
- Second Modification of the Strategic Grants Plan of the Llanera City Council, approved in the Plenary on November 5, 2020 (BOPA no. 24, of February 5, 2021).
Processing is carried out through the municipal electronic office, via the municipal consultation procedure of the corresponding file.
Submission deadline
The deadline for submitting applications and the required documentation will be 30 calendar days, counted from the day following the publication of the summary of the call in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias. Since the summary is published on September 15, 2026, the period is calculated starting from September 16.
