Llançà publishes the appointments of the Local Police and interim staff

The City Council of Llançà has made public the appointments of civil service personnel for the Local Police, among which stand out one career sergeant and two trainee officers. The edict, signed by Mayor Núria Escarpanter Olivet on September 9, 2026, is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona no. 182, dated September 22, 2026, with the official reference CVE BOP-2026_0_182_8073 (pp. 1-4) and file 2212/2026.

The publication is made in compliance with articles 82 and 94.3 of the Regulations for personnel in the service of local entities, approved by Decree 214/1990, of July 30. All police appointments fall under the special administration scale, special services sub-scale, classification group C1, and correspond to mayoral resolutions issued between June 2025 and August 2026.

One career sergeant and two trainee officers

The highest-ranking appointment is that of Òscar Soler Bosch as a career civil servant, category of sergeant of the Local Police, approved by mayoral resolution of January 16, 2026, effective as of January 17, 2026.

Regarding the trainee personnel, the edict includes two appointments:

• M. Cristina Gil Gázquez, trainee civil servant, officer category, by resolution of December 1, 2025, effective as of December 3, 2025.
• Jordi Dorca Roura, trainee civil servant, officer category, by resolution of December 2, 2025, effective as of December 3, 2025.

Interim staff to cover the ISPC training course

Several interim appointments are intended to replace trainee officers while they undergo the basic training course provided by the Public Security Institute of Catalonia (ISPC):

• Ivette González Martínez and Cristian Puerta Jodar, interim officers from December 1, 2025, to July 30, 2026, by resolution of June 6, 2025.
• Luis del Pino Orozco, interim officer from December 3, 2025, to July 30, 2026, by resolution of December 1, 2025.
• Josep Alum Stafford, interim officer from March 1 to July 30, 2026, by resolution of February 26, 2026.

Substitutions due to leave, sabbatical, and retirement

The remaining interim appointments respond to reasons of maximum urgency and cover absences or vacant positions:

• Lydia Ruiz Morote Ramos, replacing officer DVR, effective October 27, 2025.
• Adrià Ballesteros Jurado, replacing officer DGR, on leave due to incompatibility, effective November 5, 2025.
• Gerard Casas Garcia, replacing officer AJJ during birth leave, from December 1, 2025 to May 17, 2026.
• Eric López Franco, replacing officer BVM on temporary disability leave, effective December 1, 2025; and, by another resolution dated July 8, 2026, to fill a vacancy due to retirement effective July 9, 2026.
• José David Ruiz Ruiz, to fill a vacancy due to retirement, effective December 22, 2025.
• Cristian Luis Badillo, replacing officer GABJ, from December 8, 2025 to July 30, 2026.
• Josep Alum Stafford, replacing officer JJBH on temporary disability leave, effective May 4, 2026.
• Ivette González Martínez, replacing officer GABJ, effective July 31, 2026.

In all these cases, the appointment remains in effect until the title holder returns, until the position is filled in the legally established manner or, if applicable, is abolished, and in any case for a maximum term of three years.

Seasonal officers and other appointments

By resolution of June 16, 2026, Francesc Puga Gómez, Pol Gil Navarro, and David Pablos Palacios were appointed as seasonal officers of the Local Police (group C1) from June 22 to October 21, 2026, and Cristian Puerta Jodar from July 31 to November 30, 2026. By resolution of July 27, 2026, Sara Peraferrer Mayné was appointed as a seasonal officer from July 31 to October 21, 2026.

The edict also includes interim appointments outside the police force: Dana Palmada Castells, architect (group A1), effective October 16, 2025; Jonatan Escudero Hernández, technical engineer (group A2), effective January 1, 2026; and Raquel Agüera González, school caretaker (group AP), effective September 1, 2026.

The official publication of these appointments provides legal certainty and transparency to the staff of the Local Police of Llançà, a force that relies heavily on interim and seasonal personnel to cover the service, especially during the high season and the training periods of trainee officers.
