Llambilles submits the urban plan for the PAU Gavarres industrial estate for public review

The Local Governing Board of the Llambilles City Council initially approved, in an ordinary session held on September 1, 2026, the Urban Action Program (PAU) for the delimitation of the action polygon “PAU GAVARRES” of the municipality. The agreement was published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona no. 179, of September 17, 2026, with the official reference BOP-2026_0_179_8036 (edict 8036, p. 1-1). The document is subject to public inspection for a minimum period of one month.

Initial approval and technical documentation

The program is based on the technical documentation signed by Núria Díez, on behalf of PAU-CD SLP, in June 2026. The municipal file associated with the procedure is X2026000113.

The edict was signed by the mayor, Josep M. Vidal i Vidal, with an electronic signature dated September 9, 2026, in Llambilles.

Public information and consultation channels

The exhibition period opens for a minimum of one month and is calculated from the last of the publications carried out, as established by the edict itself:

• Deadline: minimum of one month, counting from the last publication in the Official Gazette of the Province, in a provincial newspaper of wide circulation, and on the municipal edicts board.
• In-person consultation: Llambilles City Council, Pl. de la Vila, number 1, during regular public office hours.
• Online consultation: municipal website www.llambilles.cat, section City Council – Public Exhibition – Exhibited Documents.

Legal framework of the procedure

The processing is carried out in compliance with current Catalan urban planning regulations:

• Article 119.2.c of Legislative Decree 1/2010, of August 3, which approves the Recast Text of the Urban Planning Law of Catalonia (TRLUC).
• Article 23.1.b) of Decree 305/2006, of July 18, which approves the Regulation of the Urban Planning Law of Catalonia.

The initial approval and subsequent public exhibition are the preliminary step to the resolution of allegations and the final approval of the program, which must be published in full so that the derived planning acquires full effectiveness.

Scope of the decision

The PAU delimits the action polygon called “PAU GAVARRES” and organizes the urban development of this area of the municipality of Llambilles. The decision corresponds to the local governing body, which adopted it in an ordinary session, and its official publication activates the calculation of the public information period.

The news has a direct impact on the owners of the land included in the polygon, interested developers, and the residents of the municipality, who have one month to examine the technical documentation and submit allegations. The procedure is, therefore, the only formal window for citizen participation before the program is definitively resolved.
