Lladorre tenders the hunting permits for the Alt Pallars Reserve

The Lladorre City Council has opened the public tender for hunting permits for the 2026-2027 season in the Alt Pallars National Hunting Reserve, through an open procedure with urgent processing. The call is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Lleida (no. 169, September 3, 2026, edict 7457, CVE BOP-2026_0_169_7457, pp. 1-2).

The decision was adopted by Mayoral Decree dated September 1, 2026, no. 2026-0210, which approves the procurement file and the Particular Administrative Clauses. The tender is framed within the Resolution approving the Technical Hunting Management Plan of the Alt Pallars National Hunting Reserve for the 2026-2027 season, and directly affects hunters and the hunting management of the protected area.

Trophy and selective permits

The tender is divided into two permit modalities, with upward base prices as the sole evaluation criterion (the highest price). In the trophy modality, five permits are offered:

• Chamois: 2 permits, at €3,800 each.
• Red deer: 1 permit, at €1,800.
• Roe deer: 1 permit, at €600.
• Mouflon: 1 permit, at €2,000.

In the selective modality, fourteen permits are put up for sale:

• Red deer: 7 permits, at €900 each.
• Fallow deer: 2 permits, at €750.
• Roe deer: 3 permits, at €400.
• Mouflon: 2 permits, at €1,100.

Submission of bids and deadlines

Bids can be submitted through three channels: electronically via the contractor profile of the Lladorre City Council (electronic office lladorre.ddl.net), in person at the municipal offices during public service hours (Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 14:00), or by certified mail with the standardized economic proposal model and a copy of the applicant’s ID.

• The deadline for submitting bids is 10 business days, counted from the day after the publication of the announcement in the BOP of Lleida.
• Payment of the award amount must be made within 10 days from the notification of the award.

The announcement is electronically signed by the mayor of Lladorre, Salvador Tomàs Bosch, on September 1, 2026.

Impact for hunters

The call opens the door to the hunting season in one of the most emblematic reserves of the Lleida Pyrenees, with a total of 19 permits between the two modalities. For interested hunters, the submission deadline is short and competition is resolved by the highest price, which may increase the cost of access to the most sought-after game, especially the trophy chamois.
