Provisional list of Watchman-Caregiver with disability quota in Ceuta

The Counselor of Presidency and Governance of the Autonomous City of Ceuta, Mr. Alberto Ramón Gaitán Rodríguez, has approved by Decree of September 1, 2026, the provisional list of admitted and excluded candidates for the provision of two Watchman-Caregiver positions, one of which is for the disability quota. The resolution is published in the Official Gazette of the City of Ceuta (BOCCE) number 6,650, dated September 8, 2026, in the Authorities and Personnel section.

Framework of the call

The positions, belonging to the equivalent of Group AP of the civil service personnel, are filled through the competitive examination system in the open quota and correspond to the Public Employment Offer of 2025, vacancies in the labor staff of the City. The call was announced in BOCCE number 6627, dated June 19, 2026, and subsequently in the Official State Gazette number 175, dated July 20, 2026.

The deadline for submitting applications ended on August 18, 2026, with a total of 62 applications registered. In accordance with Base 5 of the call and Article 20 of Royal Decree 364/1995, of March 10, a period of 10 business days is granted for correction.

General quota

In the general quota, 43 candidates are admitted and 6 are excluded, for the following reasons:

• Failure to pay the examination fees: Hamza Abdel-Lah Lahsen.
• Incomplete accreditation of fee exemption: Alfakur Ali Hicho, María del Mar Ferrer Sintes, and Marina Lara Montero.
• Application submitted after the deadline: Alejandro José Castillo Muñoz and Francisca Alline Diogenes Diogenes.

Disability quota

In the disability quota, 13 candidates are admitted, with none excluded. Among those admitted are Yoel Alonso Hidalgo, Juan Manuel Beltrán Toledo, Ángela María de la Torre Fernández, Pedro Martín Cerillo, Hasan Mohamed Al Lal, Reduan Mohamed Jalid, Ramia Mojtar Abderrahaman, Said Mojtar Mohamed, José Antonio Pardo López, María del Pilar Pérez Martín, Ángel Manuel Rodríguez Navas, Miguel Ángel Ruiz Martínez, and Carolina Villegas García.

Procedure and publication

The complete certified lists of candidates are displayed on the Notice Board of the City of Ceuta. Claims submitted during the correction period will be accepted or rejected in the resolution approving the final list, which will be made public in the BOCCE. The lists include the surnames, first name, and DNI number of each candidate, as well as, where applicable, the reasons for exclusion.

The approval of this provisional list represents one more step in the selection process to fill two Watchman-Caregiver positions, one of which is reserved for the disability quota, within the framework of the 2025 Public Employment Offer. Admitted candidates must remain attentive to the correction period and the subsequent publication of the final list, which will determine who proceeds to the competitive examination phase.
