Final list for the dance teacher transfer competition

The Provincial Council of Cáceres has approved the final list of admitted and excluded candidates for the transfer competition to fill dance teacher positions. The resolution, issued on September 2, 2026, by the delegated deputy of the Personnel, Training, and SEPEI Area, is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Cáceres number 0169, corresponding to Thursday, September 3, 2026, with reference CVE BOP-2026-4145.

The process concludes with a single admitted applicant and no excluded persons, a result that closes the admission phase of this transfer competition convened by the provincial institution to fill dance teaching positions.

A single admitted candidate and no exclusions

The final list, included in the annex of the resolution, consists of a single admitted person, with no excluded applicants listed:

  • Eva María Blanco Alonso, with ID ending in 0549, admitted.

The list will be made public on the electronic Notice Board, located on the electronic headquarters of the Council, as well as on the public employment portal of its website, at the address empleo.dip-caceres.es.

Regulatory framework and appeals

The resolution, which exhausts administrative remedies, is issued in accordance with articles 123 and 124 of Law 39/2015 on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, and articles 8, 45, and 46 of Law 29/1998, Regulating Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction.

The following appeals may be filed against the agreement, on an optional basis:

  • Appeal for reversal (recurso de reposición) before the same body that issued the act, within one month from the day following publication.
  • Contentious-administrative appeal before the Contentious-Administrative Court of Cáceres, within two months from the day following publication.

If the appeal for reversal is chosen, the contentious-administrative appeal cannot be filed until the former is expressly resolved or is dismissed through administrative silence.

The resolution is signed by Álvaro Casas Avilés, in his capacity as secretary of the Council, with a timestamp of September 2, 2026. The document incorporates a Secure Verification Code and can be verified at the institution’s electronic headquarters.

With the publication of this final list, the transfer competition for dance teachers moves toward the destination allocation phase, a relevant step for the stability of provincial public employment in the field of artistic education.
