Lezuza auctions a 100-meter surface right in Tiriez

The Lezuza City Council has called for a public auction for the establishment of a surface right over 100 square meters of land located at 25 Veleta Street, in the district of Tiriez. The call was approved by Mayor’s resolution no. 636, dated September 15, 2026, and published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Albacete number 111, dated September 23, 2026, in the Third Section: Local Administration, under announcement number 23.932.

The property and its classification

The asset subject to the operation is plot 241 of polygon 96 of the municipality of Lezuza, classified as patrimonial with cadastral reference 02043A096002410000PH. It consists of urban land with a surface area of 1,184 square meters, with a global residential use for semi-detached single-family housing, with no recorded buildings on it.

• Boundaries: north, polygon 96 plot 36; south, 25 Veleta Street (B) and Salvador Dalí Street; east, Veleta Street; west, polygon 96 plot 36.
• Charges or encumbrances: none.
• Proposed use of the asset: community facilities, with compatible use according to the POM (Municipal Planning Plan).
• Surface area to be occupied: a portion of 100 square meters of the total plot.

Procedure, price, and deadlines

The processing is ordinary, the procedure is open, and the method of award is by auction. The contract amount is set at 490.00 euros per year, and economic bids must be made upwards, submitted in a sealed envelope, and cannot be lower than the base budget.

The deadline for submitting proposals ends on the tenth calendar day following the publication of the announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province. Documentation and information can be obtained at the municipal Secretariat, at Plaza Mayor, 10, Lezuza (02160), by telephone at 967 354 001 and email at secretaria.lezuza@dipualba.es, as well as on the electronic office website www.lezuza.es. Where and how to submit bids

Proposals shall preferably be submitted through the City Council’s electronic office, at the address https://www.lezuza.sedipualba.es, with documents in electronic format authenticated by electronic signature using one of the recognized certificates included in the “Trust List of Certification Service Providers” established in Spain. If the documents were originally issued on paper, digitized copies shall be provided.

Those who are not obliged to interact electronically with the Administration pursuant to Article 14 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, and opt for the in-person route, may submit their proposal at the registration assistance office of the City Council, at Plaza Mayor, 10, Lezuza, during public office hours. The specific terms and conditions are available to interested parties both at the Town Hall and on the municipal electronic notice board.
