Laza aproba a súa oferta de emprego público 2026 con dúas prazas

The Laza City Council approved its public employment offer for the year 2026 through an agreement of the Local Government Board adopted on September 10, 2026. The decision was published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ourense on September 15, 2026, in the Local Entities section, under reference R. 2.197.

The offer includes two civil servant positions, one for new entry and another derived from a civil servant conversion process, and was signed by the mayor, José Ramón Barreal Novo.

The announced positions

According to Annex I of the offer, the vacancies are distributed into two categories:

  • Administrative Assistant (group C, subgroup C2), 1 position, via open competition.
  • Administrative Technician (group A, subgroup A2), 1 position, via contest-competition within the framework of the civil servant conversion process for labor personnel.

The administrative assistant position is open to any person who meets the general requirements for access to public employment, while the administrative technician position is aimed at the council’s labor personnel who opt for their consolidation as civil servants.

Regulatory framework

The publication of the offer complies with Article 91 of Law 7/1985, of April 2, regulating the bases of the local regime, and Article 70 of the recast text of the Law of the Basic Statute of the Public Employee, approved by Legislative Royal Decree 5/2015, of October 30.

These regulations require local entities to annually approve their public employment offer and publish it in the corresponding official gazette, thus guaranteeing publicity and competition in the selection processes.

Relevance for readers

The offer represents an opportunity for access to public employment in an inland municipality of the province, both for those seeking a new entry position and for labor personnel aspiring to become civil servants. Interested persons should stay alert to the specific rules that the council will publish for each selection process.
