Leader grants for Tierras Sorianas del Cid rise to 1.16 million

The Local Action Group Asociación Tierras Sorianas del Cid has increased the financial allocation of its Leader aid call for productive projects by 8,432.39 euros, which now amounts to 1,163,886.44 euros. The decision, adopted by the Board of Directors in the session of August 27, 2026, is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Soria number 102, of September 2, 2026, page 3060 (reference BOPSO-102-02092026).

The modification affects the call for grants for productive projects included in Leader Intervention 7119 of the Strategic Plan for the Common Agricultural Policy (PEPAC) 2023-2027, managed by the local action group, selected through order AGR/647/2023, of May 16, for the implementation of its Leader Local Development Strategy (EDLL).

A growing call

The original call, dated June 25, 2024, was published in the BOP of Soria on July 8, 2024. With this first modification, a paragraph is added to its second Stipulation, regarding the financial allocation, which increases the total amount available for beneficiaries.

Recipients and legal framework

The aid is aimed at financing productive projects of entrepreneurs and rural companies in the region of Tierras Sorianas del Cid, within the framework of Leader local development. The publication is carried out in accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of the General Grants Law 38/2003, of November 17.

Impact for the region

The reinforcement of the allocation expands the margin of available financing for new productive projects in the rural Soria environment, a direct stimulus for entrepreneurship and the consolidation of companies in the region. The expansion of the Leader call budget reinforces the role of the local action group as an engine for investment and employment in the territory during the 2023-2027 programming period.
