Langholm Komplementar and K/S Langholm enter solvent liquidation

Langholm Komplementar ApS has entered solvent liquidation by a decision taken at its extraordinary general meeting on 25 August 2026, and the limited partnership K/S Langholm has ceased to exist after the general partner acquired all of its limited partnership interests. The notice was published in the Danish Statstidende of 4 September 2026 under the section on companies (aktie- og anpartsselskaber), reference S04092026-148.
The liquidation follows the rules of the Danish Companies Act (Selskabsloven) governing the winding-up of solvent companies. Creditors of both Langholm Komplementar ApS and K/S Langholm are invited, under section 221 of the Companies Act, to file their claims with the appointed liquidator within three months of the publication of the notice.
The liquidation and the liquidator
The extraordinary general meeting of Langholm Komplementar ApS (CVR no. 29 84 64 13) resolved on 25 August 2026 to place the company in solvent liquidation. The company is registered at the offices of Advodan Holbæk, Gl. Ringstedvej 61, 4300 Holbæk.

Cessation of K/S Langholm
The notice also records that K/S Langholm (CVR no. 29 84 85 56), registered c/o Habro Fund Management A/S, Bredgade 34A, st., 1260 Copenhagen K, has ceased to exist. The partnership was wound up through the prior acquisition by Langholm Komplementar ApS of all of its limited partnership interests (kommanditanparter).
Any enquiries concerning K/S Langholm should be directed to the liquidator named above.
Deadline for creditors
Under section 221 of the Danish Companies Act, creditors of Langholm Komplementar ApS and of K/S Langholm are required to file their claims with the liquidator within three months from the date of the notice, i.e. by early December 2026. Claims should be addressed to Klaus Elkjær Rasmussen at Advodan, Gl. Ringstedvej 61, 4300 Holbæk.
The publication serves as the formal invitation to creditors to assert their rights before the solvent winding-up of the general partner and the cessation of the limited partnership are completed. Creditors who fail to file their claims within the stated period risk losing their right to payment from the liquidation estate.
