Langa de Duero opens public comment period for the networks and paving project

The Langa de Duero City Council has opened the public information process for the work 157 PD 2026 project, titled “Networks and paving in Langa de Duero,” which is multi-annual in nature. The initial approval corresponds to the agreement of the municipal Plenary on September 29, 2026, and the announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Soria number 116, dated October 7, 2026, with the reference BOPSO-116-07102026 (page 3424). Interested parties have a period of 15 days to examine the file and submit any allegations they deem appropriate.

The project was drafted by the Civil Engineer Rafael Santamaría Ausín, according to the text of the announcement. The public exhibition is carried out in accordance with Article 83 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, the regulation that governs the participation of interested parties before the final approval of this type of administrative action.

The announcement is signed by the mayor, Iván Andrés Aparicio, in Langa de Duero on September 30, 2026. The work is identified by number 157 and the key “PD 2026,” the numbering that the City Council uses for actions included in the Provincial Council Plan, the provincial program that co-finances investments in the municipalities of Soria.

Deadline, consultation, and submission of allegations

• Deadline: 15 days, counted from the day following the publication of the announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province of Soria.
• In-person consultation: municipal offices of the Langa de Duero City Council.
• Electronic consultation: municipal electronic office, at the address http://langadeduero.sedelectronica.es.
• Purpose of the process: for any interested party to formulate the allegations they deem pertinent regarding the project.

A multi-annual investment in urban infrastructure

The project is defined as multi-annual, which implies that its execution is spread across more than one budget year. The announcement does not detail the investment amount or the construction schedule, data which must be consulted in the file available to the public.

The action is framed within the municipal investment chapter for the 2026 fiscal year, in which the Langa de Duero City Council has also processed a credit modification—file number 3 of the 2026 budget, in the form of an extraordinary credit and credit supplement financed by treasury surplus—likewise approved by the Plenary on September 29, 2026, and published in the same issue of the provincial gazette.

The opening of the period for submissions offers residents and any interested party the opportunity to review and challenge the project before its final approval.
