Lanbide has published employment supports for people with disabilities

Lanbide-Basque Public Employment Service has published the list of beneficiaries of the 2023 call for grants to promote the employment of people with disabilities in the ordinary market. The list was released via a resolution dated August 12, 2026, and published in the Official Gazette of the Basque Country (BOPV) number 163 on August 27, 2026, under reference 2026/3711. Hundreds of companies, organizations, and individuals have received grants ranging from 155 to 7,500 euros.

The call was approved by Lanbide’s Administrative Council during the session on May 25, 2023, and was published in BOPV number 104 on June 2, 2023. The regulatory framework is Decree 168/2019, of October 29, which regulates the programs and services related to the employability of people with disabilities in the Basque Autonomous Community and the Basque Registry of Special Employment Centers.

Extensive list of beneficiaries

The list includes hundreds of entities from various sectors: small businesses, public limited companies, foundations, cooperatives, and individuals. Among them are, among others:

• Spoon 2018, S.L., Academia Elizalde, S.L. and Limpiezas Abando, S.L.
• Uria Menéndez Abogados, S.L.P. and Mundukide Foundation
• Organización Nacional de Ciegos Españoles (ONCE), with several entries
• Sociedad Deportiva Eibar, S.A.D. and Fundación EDE/EDE Foundation
• Atzegilan21, S.L., Aurrerantz, S. Coop. and Vivebiotech, S.L.

Grant amounts

The amounts range from 155.11 euros to 7,500 euros. The smallest amount was received by TAAV Biomanufacturing Solutions, S.L.U., while the largest was received by several entities:

• Obras Y Reformas Zelai, S.L., Alfavi, S.A., Groundforce Cargo, S.L.U. and Euromontajes Guipuzcoa, S.L.
• Autonervion, S.A. and Organización Nacional de Ciegos Españoles

The most common grants are between 4,000 and 4,400 euros, and those between 6,000 and 7,500 euros are also frequent. Some entities, such as Multiservicios Bizkaia, S.L., Integracion Industrial Elektronica, S.L. and Hojalbi, S.L., have multiple entries in the list.

Principle of publicity

The publication was carried out to comply with the publicity principle established in Article 26.2 of Law 20/2023, of December 21, Regulating the Grant Regime, which requires the awarding resolutions of public grants to be published in the BOPV. The resolution was signed by Fernando Paricio Carrión, Director of Administration and General Services of Lanbide, in Vitoria-Gasteiz.

This publication ensures transparency and publicity in the management of public grants and reflects the Basque Country’s commitment to promoting the employment of people with disabilities in the ordinary market. Making the list of beneficiaries public allows citizens and organizations to verify the distribution of grants and measure their impact.
