Lalín opens the urbanization of the Lalín-Arena expansion to public information

The Lalín City Council is submitting for public review, for a period of one month, the urbanization project for the expansion of the general equipment system SG-EQ.4 in the Lalín-Arena sports area. The initial approval was agreed upon by the Local Government Board in the session of October 16, 2026, and the announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Pontevedra (BOPPO) number 203, dated October 21, 2026, in the Local Administration section, with the official reference 2026073977.

The instrument being processed is the urbanization project of the Special Infrastructure and Facilities Plan called “Expansion of the General Equipment System SG-EQ.4 (Lalín-Arena sports area)”. During this period, the file may be consulted and any interested party may present the allegations or observations they consider appropriate. The process is open to residents as well as the owners of the lands included in the scope and the sports entities that have been using the surroundings.

Who signs the announcement

The announcement was signed in Lalín on October 16, 2026, by the mayor, with delegation to the Councilor for Urban Planning, Pablo Areán González, by virtue of the Mayor’s decree of 07/23/25 published in the BOP on 07/29/25. The mayoralty of the council corresponds to José Crespo Iglesias.
