The University of Murcia announces a vacancy for a Specialist Technician via competitive examination

The University of Murcia has announced a selection process to fill a position for a Specialist Technician, open-access labor personnel via a competitive merit-based system, linked to the research line “Toxicological and ecotoxicological research with clinical, forensic, environmental, food, and veterinary applications.” The call is published via the Rector’s Resolution R-1150/2026, dated September 7, announced in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia number 209, dated September 10, 2026.
The position is called under the scientific-technical activities contract regulated according to Article 23 bis of Law 14/2011, of June 1, on Science, Technology, and Innovation. The announcement, signed by Rector J. Samuel Baixauli Soler, falls within the activity of the Regional Ministry of Environment, Industry, Universities, Research, and Mar Menor, upon which the academic institution depends.
