Por FactBox Admin

La Solana nombra funcionarios de carrera a tres agentes de Policía Local

The La Solana City Council has appointed three officers of its Local Police as career civil servants, once the successful completion of their probationary period was accredited. The appointment is formalized by Mayoral Resolution number 2026/1661, dated October 5, 2026, and is made public in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ciudad Real (BOP) number 194, corresponding to Thursday, October 8, 2026, in the CITY COUNCILS section, under announcement number 3252.

The publication gives legal effect to the consolidation of three public safety positions in the municipality, which thus move from the status of probationary civil servants to the definitive status of career civil servants.

The three new career civil servants

The resolution nominally identifies the three officers who acquire the status of career civil servant:

  • Antonio García de Mateos Calderero, with DNI *8710.
  • Juan Pedro Trujillo Díaz-Cano, with DNI *8925.
  • Álvaro Torres Martín, with DNI *4567.

The three fill Local Police civil servant positions of the La Solana City Council, categorized in group C, subgroup C1, Special Administration scale, Special Services Subscale, Local Police Class.

From the probationary period to the definitive appointment

The file is activated once the certification from the General Directorate of Citizen Protection regarding the successful completion of the probationary period by the candidates is received. This report is the requirement that enables the council to issue the definitive appointment.

The Regulation of the Local Police Coordination Law of Castilla-La Mancha, approved by Decree 110/2006, establishes that, once the report from the Citizen Protection School is received, city councils have a period of fifteen days to proceed with the appointment as career civil servants. The Mayoral resolution is issued within that timeframe.

Regulatory framework and official publication

The announcement invokes the Revised Text of the Basic Statute of Public Employees (TREBEP), which requires the publication of appointments in the corresponding official gazette to acquire legal effect, as well as Law 7/1985, of April 2, Regulating the Bases of the Local Regime, which mandates the publication of resolution acts of local entities that affect the public service.

The document appears signed by the Mayor, Luisa María Márquez Manzano, in La Solana, on October 6, 2026, and consists of 38 pages, occupying page 29 of the gazette. Its Secure Verification Code (CVE) is Yjm6N6zif4Ra7FzkX3y/.

More Local Police positions in processing

The consolidation of these three positions coincides with another selection process open in the same municipality. The BOP number 187, of October 5, 2026, published the approval of the provisional list of admitted and excluded applicants for the selection of two Local Police Officer positions via open competition, within the 2026 Public Employment Offer, processed under file LASOLANA2026/16097 and resolved by Decree number 2026/1636, of September 29, 2026.

The rules of that call were published in the BOP number 142, of July 28, 2026, and in the BOE number 193, of August 8. In this way, the municipality is gradually reinforcing its public security staff: three officers already consolidated and two more positions in the selection phase.

Impact for the municipality

The appointment guarantees the stability of three personnel in the Local Police force of La Solana, which strengthens the provision of public security services and completes the coverage of the called positions. For those interested, the publication in the BOP entails the full acquisition of the status of career civil servant, with the rights and duties that the TREBEP recognizes for this personnel.
