La Solana cierra la lista definitiva para dos plazas de Policía Local

The City Council of La Solana has approved the final list of admitted and excluded applicants for the selective tests for two Local Police Officer positions included in the 2026 OEP. This is done through Decree 2026/1851, issued on October 22, 2026, by the delegated councilor for Finance, Human Resources, and Contracting, and published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ciudad Real on October 26, 2026 (announcement number 3449). The resolution leaves 107 admitted and 9 excluded, and convenes the first physical aptitude test for November 3 and 5.

From the correction period to the final list

The process begins with the rules of the call, published in BOP no. 142, of July 28, 2026, and announced in BOE no. 193, of August 8. Within that framework, Decree 2026/1636, of September 29, 2026, approved the provisional list, which was published in BOP no. 191, of October 5, 2026, and opened a period of ten business days to present allegations for exclusion or omission.

That provisional list included 42 excluded applicants. After the examination of the corrections in the Personnel Service, the final list reduces the exclusions to nine, with an express indication of the causes noted in each case. The processed file is LASOLANA2026/16097, corresponding to the Special Administration scale, Special Services subscale, Police class, group C1-21, in the open entry turn.

The resolution is based on Law 7/1985, of April 2, regulating the Bases of the Local Regime; Royal Legislative Decree 5/2015, which approves the revised text of the Law of the Basic Statute of the Public Employee; Law 4/2011, of March 10, on Public Employment of Castilla-La Mancha; and royal decrees 896/1991 and 364/1995. It is signed by the mayor, Luisa María Márquez Manzano.

Qualifying Tribunal

The decree designates the members of the tribunal that shall carry out the selective process:

  • Permanent members: president, Antonio Velasco Márquez; secretary, Gregorio García Cervigón Guerrero; members Julián Romero de Ávila Reinoso, Sonia Contreras Sánchez, José Almarcha Márquez, and Gema María Peinado Peral.
  • Substitutes: president, Santiago Ortiz Romero de Ávila; secretary, Concepción Díaz Pérez; members Francisco Manuel Serrano Muñoz, Miguel Marín Martínez, Vicente González-Horcajo López-Milla, and Miguel Ángel Caballero Donado.
  • Physical tests advisor: the municipal sports agent David Peinado López de la Isidra, appointed by the president of the tribunal.

Physical test: November 3 and 5 in la Moheda

The first physical fitness test, provided for in the sixth clause of the call for applications, will be held at the Athletics Track of the Ciudad Deportiva de la Moheda, on Avenida del Deporte in La Solana, with the following distribution by surname:

  • November 3, 9:00 AM: from Quevedo Galán, Fernando to Zarco Serrano, Rodrigo (both inclusive).
  • November 3, 11:00 AM: from Zúñiga Serrano, Rodrigo to Estrada Jiménez, José David (both inclusive).
  • November 5, 9:00 AM: from Expósito Díaz, María José to Jiménez Clemente, Jesús María (both inclusive).
  • November 5, 11:00 AM: from Jiménez Muñoz, Cristian Alberto to Prieto Gómez, Aída (both inclusive).

Each applicant must submit to the tribunal, before the start of the test, a medical certificate issued no more than thirty days prior certifying that they are fit to perform it.

Grounds for exclusion

The nine definitive exclusions correspond to reasons specified in the rules: failure to submit the application according to the official model (A), failure to provide a copy of a valid ID (B), failure to prove possession of driver’s licenses B and A or A2 (C), lacking the required qualification (D), failure to pay the examination fees (E), and failure to justify the fee exemption through certificates from the Employment Service of Castilla-La Mancha (F). The lack of justification of payment of fees and submission after the deadline are not rectifiable, except in the case of an administrative error.

The list is also published on the notice board and on the municipal website www.lasolana.es, with IDs partially hidden.

The closing of the definitive list brings the process to the threshold of the competitive examination phase: the 107 admitted candidates are competing for two officer positions in a schedule that begins in barely a week, with the physical test as the first filter and a mandatory medical certificate that may exclude anyone who fails to provide it.
