Por FactBox Admin

The Official Gazette of La Rioja publishes this Friday, October 23, 2026, the distribution of 2,898,214.85 euros in aid to the operational funds of fruit and vegetable producer organizations in the community corresponding to the 2025 annual period. The decision was adopted by the General Directorate of Rural Development of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural World and Environment through Resolution 517/2026, signed in Logroño on October 20, 2026, by the general director, David Martín Civera. The funds come entirely from the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund (EAGF).
The legal framework of the publication
The resolution is based on Article 18 of Decree 14/2006, of February 16, which regulates the legal regime of subsidies in the Public Sector of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja, which requires the publication in the official gazette of the granting of aid whose individualized amount is equal to or greater than 3,000 euros. The competence of the general director derives from Decree 56/2023, of July 14, which establishes the organic structure of the ministry.
The files have been processed by the Special Sectors Section. The regulation details that the aid is destined for the operational programs of producer organizations and is 100% financed by the EAGF, charged to budget item 05.03.4121.479.10.
The annex of the resolution frames the call within three regulations:
- Regulation (EU) 2021/2115 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of December 2, 2021, on CAP strategic plans.
- Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/126, of December 7, 2021, which supplements the former regarding additional requirements for certain types of intervention for the 2023-2027 period.
- Royal Decree 857/2022, of October 11, which regulates the operational funds and programs of producer organizations in the fruit and vegetable sector and their associations.
Three beneficiaries and a highly concentrated distribution
The published list includes three beneficiary entities, with their tax identification numbers and the assigned amounts:
- Coop. Frutos del Campo “Kumix” (F26006965): 85,139.27 euros.
- SAT Eurochamp (F26305383): 2,560,324.12 euros.
- SAT Frutas y Verduras “Valle de Rincón” (V26253238): 252,751.46 euros.
The total amounts to 2,898,214.85 euros. SAT Eurochamp alone absorbs nearly 88% of the aid, while Valle de Rincón receives nearly 8.7% and Kumix slightly less than 3%. The resolution does not detail the specific measures of the respective operational programs in which the money will be used.
A verifiable two-page document
The text is inserted in section III of the bulletin, dedicated to other provisions and acts, under the heading of subsidies. The copy consists of two pages, 17794 and 17795, and bears the secure verification code BOR-A-20261023-III–4000, with a verification address on the Government of La Rioja website. The associated administrative file is 202610210125120.
Impact for the sector
The publication formalizes the flow of European funds toward the core of the Riojan fruit and vegetable sector, a segment highly dependent on aid from operational programs to finance investments, supply concentration, and marketing improvements. With 100% community funding, the distribution does not commit the regional Executive’s own resources and reaches the sector with the 2025 annuality already closed, within the 2026 EAFRD financial year.
