La Rioja publishes admitted and excluded candidates for the Administrative Corps

The General Directorate of Public Service of La Rioja has approved, through Resolution 2194, dated August 26, the provisional list of applicants admitted and excluded from the selective tests for the provision of vacant positions in the Administrative Body A.G. (FA.13/24-26). The resolution is published in the Official Gazette of La Rioja number 167, dated September 1, 2026, in section II of Authorities and Personnel, and affects all applicants of the 2024 Public Employment Offer.

The process began with Resolution 1368/2026, dated June 5, from the Ministry of Finance, Public Governance, Digital Society and Government Spokesperson, published in the Official Gazette of La Rioja number 108, dated June 10, 2026, which called for the selective tests. The provisional list is issued in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 17, paragraph d), of Decree 51/2023, dated July 14, implementing Law 3/2003, dated March 3, on the Organization of the Public Sector of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja.

The provisional list includes a total of 1,383 admitted persons and 104 excluded, distributed between the two access shifts:

• Open shift: 1,318 admitted and 103 excluded.
• Disability reserve shift: 65 admitted and 1 excluded.

The lists appear as Annexes I and II of the resolution, with the detail of the name, surnames, and identity document of each applicant.

Deadline and Correction Procedure

Excluded or omitted persons have a period of ten business days, counting from the day following the publication of the resolution, to electronically correct the defect that led to their exclusion or omission. The request must be submitted exclusively electronically via the address www.larioja.org/empleopublico, following the sequence:

• Competitive Examinations (Oposiciones)
• General Administration
• OEP 2024 selective processes

The corrections submitted will be considered answered with the publication of the resolution approving the final list of admitted and excluded persons. The resolution warns that those who do not correct the defect or do not justify their right to appear on the list will be definitively excluded.

Recommendations for Applicants

The General Directorate urges applicants to reliably verify not only that they do not appear on the list of excluded persons, but also that their names are on the list of admitted persons, to avoid omissions. The resolution was signed in Logroño on August 26, 2026, by the Director of Public Service, Ángel Sainz Yangüela.

This publication represents a key step in the 2024 OEP calendar, as it establishes the final census of applicants who may sit for the Administrative Body exams, one of the selective processes with the highest volume of participation in the General Administration of La Rioja. Interested parties must act swiftly within the correction period to avoid losing their right to participate.
