La Rioja calls for two service commissions in Judicial Aid
Por FactBox Admin

The Official Gazette of La Rioja (no. 172, of September 8, 2026) publishes Resolution 1277/2026, of September 4, from the General Directorate of Justice and Interior, calling for the temporary provision through the system of secondment (comisión de servicios) of two vacant positions within the Judicial Assistance corps. The call is addressed to career civil servants in active service assigned to bodies located throughout the national territory, who will have a period of five business days to submit their application.
The measure is framed within the regulations governing the secondments of personnel serving the Administration of Justice: Organic Law 6/1985, of July 1, of the Judiciary (article 527.1), and Royal Decree 1451/2005, of December 7, which approves the Regulations for Entry, Provision of Job Positions, and Professional Promotion of said personnel (article 73). At the regional level, Order 2/2014, of October 21, of the Ministry of Presidency and Justice, and Order PSO/5/2018, of January 30, regulate the electronic processing of these procedures.
Offered Positions
The call covers two vacancies in the Judicial Assistance corps, each consisting of a single position:
- Nájera — Grouping of Justice Offices in the Municipality (position code 50374486).
- Logroño — General Common Service. General Services (position code 50401737).
Requirements and Submission of Applications
Career civil servants in active service within the Judicial Assistance corps may apply for the secondment with relief of duties from their current positions, regardless of the autonomous community or the territorial scope managed by the Ministry of Justice where they are assigned. The application must be submitted exclusively electronically through the electronic office of the General Administration of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja (www.larioja.org/justicia), using a digital certificate, and must be accompanied by the mandatory report from the functional head of the destination body.
The submission period will be five business days starting from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of La Rioja. Once the application is correctly submitted, an acknowledgment of receipt will be generated with the date and the entry registration number.
Duration, Awarding, and Appeals
Service commissions will begin on the date indicated in the final award resolution and will have a maximum duration of one year, extendable for another, in the event that the position has not been permanently filled. If several candidates apply for the same position, preference will be given to the person who proves greater seniority in the body and, in the event of a tie, the order number obtained in the access selection process will be considered.
The provisional lists will be published on the virtual notice board of the Government of La Rioja, with a period of three business days for allegations, and the final award will be approved by resolution of the Director General of Justice and Interior. An administrative appeal (recurso de alzada) may be filed against the resolution, which does not end the administrative route, before the Minister of Health and Social Policies within one month. The resolution is signed by the Director General of Justice and Interior, Tania Sáez Martínez.
The call responds to the service interest of filling positions that have become vacant with career civil servants, guaranteeing the continuity of care in the judicial offices of Nájera and Logroño. For Judicial Assistance officials from any part of Spain, it represents an opportunity for temporary mobility with relief of duties, in a fully electronic procedure and with an especially brief application period.
