La Rioja approves the final lists of admitted candidates for Civil Engineer

The Official Gazette of La Rioja number 158, dated August 19, 2026, publishes the final lists of candidates admitted and excluded from the selective tests for the provision of vacant positions in the Higher Faculty Body of Special Administration (Civil Engineer). The decision corresponds to the General Directorate of Public Service, which approves a total of 14 admitted candidates—12 in the open competition and 2 in vertical internal promotion—and no exclusions.

First Exercise and Requirements

The first exercise for the open competition will be held on November 4, 2026, at 5:00 PM, and that for internal promotion on November 11, 2026, at the same time, both at the ERAP, located at Plaza Joaquín Elizalde, 24, 26004 Logroño. Candidates must arrive provided with a national identity document, driver’s license, or passport that proves their identity beyond doubt.

Against these resolutions, which do not exhaust administrative remedies, an appeal for reversal (recurso de alzada) may be filed before the Minister of Finance, Public Governance, Digital Society, and Government Spokesperson within one month of their publication.
