La Rioja awards the Secretariat of Infrastructure by free appointment

The Regional Ministry of Finance, Public Governance, Digital Society and Government Spokesperson has awarded, through the free appointment procedure, the position of Secretary General Director of Infrastructure to María Ruiz Ruiz.
