La Rioja opens public consultation on interim Justice staff

The Department of Health and Social Policies of the Government of La Rioja has opened a public information period of 15 business days for the draft Order that will establish the rules for the selection, training, appointment, and termination of interim civil servants of the bodies serving the Administration of Justice in the autonomous community. The call is published in the Official Gazette of La Rioja number 174, dated September 10, 2026, by means of Resolution 19/2026, dated September 7, of the Technical General Secretariat of the aforementioned department.
The measure affects all interim judicial personnel in La Rioja and is processed under Article 36 of Law 4/2005, of June 1, on the Operation and Legal Regime of the Administration of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja. The stated objective is to provide a hearing to the affected citizens and gather any additional contributions that other persons or entities may make before the final approval of the regulation.

Allegations may be submitted in writing or by appearing before the Technical General Secretariat of the Department of Health and Social Policies, at calle Villamediana, number 17, Logroño, from 9:00 to 14:00 hours, Monday to Friday. Content of the draft
The draft Order comprehensively regulates the regime of interim civil servants of the bodies serving the Administration of Justice in La Rioja, covering the four key phases of their service relationship:

- Training of those selected.
- Appointment of the interim civil servants.
- Termination of the same.
