La Rinconada opens public information for the San José Norte I partial plan

The La Rinconada City Council has admitted for processing the urbanization project of the Partial Planning Plan ATU/SUnS-6 “San José Norte I” and has submitted it for public review for a minimum period of twenty days. The decision was formalized through Mayoral Decree no. 2026-5689, dated October 5, 2026, and is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Seville (BOP) no. 198, Tuesday, October 13, 2026, on page 71, with the official reference BOP-SE-2026-198011.

Admission for processing and promoters

The file, processed under number 6.305/2026, corresponds to the urbanization project document of the aforementioned partial plan, promoted by the entity Promociones Inmobiliarias San José, S.L., with CIF B-09640228. The technical drafting of the project was carried out by the company MLopez Arquitectos S.L.P., with CIF B-90425349 and professional registration number COAS no. SP-0188.

The drafting team consists of the following architects:

• Mr. José Carlos Oliva Gómez
• Mr. Jorge R. Ramos Hernández

The announcement is signed by the Mayor-President of the La Rinconada City Council, Mr. Francisco Javier Fernández de los Ríos Torres, with an electronic signature date of October 6, 2026.

The admission for processing complies with Article 192.5 of the General Regulations of Law 7/2021, of December 1, for the promotion of the sustainability of the territory of Andalusia (LISTA), approved by Decree 550/2022, of November 29, issued in development of Article 96 of said law.
