La Puebla del Río opens public allegations for a single-family home on rural land

The City Council of La Puebla del Río has opened for public review, for a period of one month, the Action Project for the implementation of a detached, non-linked single-family home on the “Dehesa la Marmoleja” estate. This was announced by the mayor, Ms. María Dolores Prospér Pérez, through Mayoral Resolution No. 945/2026, published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Seville, number 169, dated September 1, 2026.

The project affects plot 6 of polygon 17 of the municipal district and is promoted by Ms. Blanca Hernández Rodríguez, in the name and representation of the company “Dehesa la Marmoleja S.L.”. The announcement is processed in compliance with Article 22.3 of Law 7/2021, of December 1, for the promotion of the sustainability of the territory of Andalusia, which regulates the implementation of actions on rural land.

Period and form of participation

The public information period is calculated from the day following the insertion of the announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province of Seville, as well as on the notice board and the municipal web portal. During that month, interested parties may appear and formulate as many allegations, suggestions, or claims as they deem appropriate for the defense of their rights and interests.

• Allegations may be addressed to the Mayor’s Office throughout the entire exhibition period.

A procedure on rural land

The action is framed within the authorization regime for detached single-family homes on non-urbanizable land provided by the Andalusian land-use planning regulations. Law 7/2021 establishes the requirements for this type of construction to be implemented on rural estates, guaranteeing compatibility with land uses and the sustainability of the territory.

The announcement, electronically signed by the mayor on August 27, 2026, is inserted on page 28 of the provincial gazette, within the local administration announcements section.
