La Pobla de Segur appoints four career officials in ten months

The City Council of la Pobla de Segur has made public the appointments of four career civil servants to occupy positions within its staff of civil service personnel, in classification groups A1, A2, C1, and C2. The appointments were formalized through mayoral decrees between August 7, 2025, and April 27, 2026, and were published jointly in the Official Gazette of the Province of Lleida on October 9, 2026, in edict 8322 (CVE BOP-2026_0_193_8322).

The announcement is published in accordance with Article 82 of Decree 214/1990, of July 30, which approves the Regulations for personnel in the service of local entities. This regulation requires local corporations to publicize the appointments of civil service personnel once they have occurred.

The text gathers four resolutions adopted at different times and corresponding to four different classification groups, from the superior technical level to the administrative assistant. The joint publication in the official gazette is what provides public knowledge and validity to the four appointments.

The four appointed persons

• Sílvia Moli Carrió, career civil servant to occupy a position as management technician for the economic area, classification group A2.
• Olga Cebrià Ascon, career civil servant to occupy a position as general administration technician, classification group A1.
• Alexandra Carina Goie Jiboan, career civil servant to occupy a position as administrative assistant, classification group C2.
• Raquel Llovet Camacho, career civil servant to occupy a position as administrative officer, classification group C1.

All four positions belong to the civil service staff of the City Council of la Pobla de Segur.

The decrees formalizing the appointments

• Mayoral decree no. 2025-0575, of August 7, 2025, for the appointment of Sílvia Moli Carrió (A2).
• Mayoral decree no. 2025-0882, of December 11, 2025, for the appointment of Olga Cebrià Ascon (A1).
• Mayoral decree no. 2026-0180, of March 11, 2026, for the appointment of Alexandra Carina Goie Jiboan (C2).
• Mayoral decree no. 2026-0297, of April 27, 2026, for the appointment of Raquel Llovet Camacho (C1).

The four decrees bear the signature of the mayor, Marc Baro Bernaduca, and the announcement was processed electronically through the management platform of the City Council of la Pobla de Segur.

The edict occupies page 1 of the Official Gazette of the Province of Lleida no. 193, corresponding to October 9, 2026, and bears edict number 8322 and official reference BOP-2026_0_193_8322. The document is electronically signed and includes the validation code for its verification at the municipal electronic office.

With this publication, the city council completes the regulatory coverage of four positions within its personnel structure, two at the technical level (A1 and A2) and two administrative (C1 and C2), which consolidates the municipal workforce and provides legal certainty to the appointments before third parties.
